Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking professionals to support project controls, administration, and field coordination at client sites. The role involves working with project managers, MEP managers, and executives to ensure project goals are achievable and documented accurately throughout construction and closeout.

Ideal candidates will have a Construction Management related degree, OSHA 30, Bluebeam and Kahua experience, with a hands-on approach to managing project schedules,

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• OSHA 30 Certificate.
• Bluebeam Experience.
• Kahua Experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and help implement project goals with project manager, field manager, MEP manager and project executive.
• Oversee various aspects of project controls and ensure timely project execution.
• Manage all project administration including the project management system.
• Document discussions, action items, and decisions in meetings and client presentations for clear communication.
• Support management of projects from construction through closeout with internal and external teams.
• Administer critical project construction processes (Submittals, RFIs, Meeting Agendas & Minutes, Sign‑in Sheets, Inspection Logs, Closeout Procedures).
• Assist in reviewing contractor schedules, payment applications, and change orders.
• Assist with monthly reports and general project support.
• Assist field managers with daily reports, photos, inspections, and punch list items.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enable repeat business.

Education

Responsibilities

• You’ll work directly with project manager, field manager, MEP manager and project executive to help review and implement project goals and ensure project goals are achievable.
• You’ll oversee various aspects of project controls and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
• You’ll be responsible for all project administration including management of the project management system.
• You’ll participate in project meetings and client presentations, documenting discussions, action items, and decisions to ensure clear communication of goals, timelines, and deliverables with the project team, clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• You’ll support the management of projects from construction through closeout, with both internal and external project teams.
• You’ll administer the critical project construction processes such as Submittals, RFIs, Meeting Agendas & Minutes, Sign‑in Sheets, Inspection Logs, Closeout Procedures to ensure timely and accurate documentation and approvals, and assist in the review of the contractor’s schedule, Payment Applications, and all requests for change orders.
• You’ll assist with the month’s reports and general project support.
• You’ll assist the field managers with daily reports, photos, inspections, and punch list items.
• You’ll develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to enhance repeat business opportunities and ensure long‑term partnership success.

Location

Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationshipsWith all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
