Job summary

• You’ll manage and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives.
• You’ll lead internal QA/QC reviews, post-project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and process efficiency.
• You’ll champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes to improve performance.
• You’ll represent the firm at industry events and act as a senior advisor, reinforcing the company’s brand reputation and leadership.
