Job summary

Digital Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Infrastructure) for a client project in Pontiac, MI. The role involves working across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, and VOIP, applying analytical skills to define requirements and ensure deliverables meet specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong M365 experience, data analytics skills, and familiarity with contract work and RFP processes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite.
• Must have data analytics experience.
• Experience with Contracts and Requests for Proposals is a plus.
• Webex Calling Platform or Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, write up technical requirements, and help test and implement technology solutions.
• Conduct research and create procedures to improve existing systems.
• Provide training and user support for deployed solutions.
• Draft and respond to Requests for Proposals and define Contract Scope of Deliverables.
