Associated Bank seeks a Loan Administrator – Infrastructure Banking to support relationship managers and portfolio managers in Power & Utilities and Data Center financing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years experience Commercial banking loan administration and loan closing.
• Experience coordinating complex loan closings and post-closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Close specialized industry loans by negotiating documents and coordinating closing checklists.
• Participate in syndicated financing meetings and ensure loan documentation accuracy.
• Provide superior customer service and coordinate with RMs, counsel, and borrowers.
• Monitor post-closing deliverables and ensure compliance with credit policy and regulations.
• Maintain data integrity across pipelines and core banking systems.
