Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an Infrastructure Architect focused on automation-first design and delivery across hybrid Windows, Citrix, and cloud environments.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and smooth operational handoffs. You will design scalable, secure architectures, lead IaC adoption, and mentor peers while aligning security and compliance controls with engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years infrastructure engineering experience in Windows-based enterprise environments.
• 7+ years cloud engineering experience in hybrid environments (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with IAM in AWS or enterprise identity platforms.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and IaC adoption advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Design hybrid infrastructure architectures prioritizing automation, zero-trust, and zero-configuration.
• Build and implement scalable, secure Windows, Citrix, and cloud environments using best practices.
• Engineer and administer large-scale hybrid services including identity and access management.

We are seeking an Infrastructure Architect focused on automation-first architecture, design, and delivery for secure, scalable hybrid environments across Windows, Citrix, and cloud platforms.
