Job summary

DC Advisory, a global investment bank, seeks an Associate on the Infrastructure team to support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and advisory deal processes. You will create financial models, draft pitch materials, and participate in client presentations while mentoring Analysts.

You'll identify learning opportunities, maintain high work quality, and contribute to fast-paced transaction teams within a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years post-undergraduate investment banking experience.
• Strong financial understanding and modeling skills a plus.

The Role

As an Associate on the Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Every day is different, and your job responsibilities will include a range of projects and assignments including creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, participating in client presentations and training and managing Analysts.

You will be a role model to our Analysts by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality. Our Associates possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure. • Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 + annual discretionary bonus
