Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Digital Product Manager to define strategy and roadmap for Infrastructure as Code and Engineering as Code initiatives within our CEP platform. You will translate the broader vision into focused capabilities and measurable outcomes, guiding delivery across infrastructure, security, and operations teams.

Formación

• Five or more years of digital product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Two or more years mentoring product management colleagues.
• Proven product experience in infrastructure, cloud, compute, platform engineering or Platform as a Service.
• Experience delivering products with Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, CI/CD and reusable infrastructure components.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap for a defined Infrastructure as Code and Engineering as Code product area.
• Translate customer and engineering problems into prioritized capabilities, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria; author, test and accept stories across multiple Agile release cycles.
• Lead discovery and test‑and‑learn activity with infrastructure engineers, platform teams, operations, architects, security partners and internal customers.
• Prioritize reusable, tested and supported capabilities that reduce manual hand‑offs and inconsistency across infrastructure creation, change, security, operations and recovery.
• Partner with engineering to assess and sequence solutions involving Terraform or OpenTofu, Ansible, source control, automated testing, delivery pipelines, configuration management and reusable infrastructure components.
• Define and monitor product performance measures, including adoption, component reuse, delivery lead time, manual intervention, policy or control compliance, reliability and recovery outcomes.
• Use customer insight, analytics, technical constraints and enterprise value to make transparent product trade‑offs and guide incremental releases.
• Drive adoption across teams with different levels of engineering maturity through clear onboarding, documentation, demonstrations, feedback loops and continuous product improvement.
• Influence product, engineering and platform stakeholders across geographically distributed teams, and coach less‑experienced product management colleagues.
