Job summary

Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is hiring a Digital Product Manager Expert for Infrastructure as Code and Engineering as Code. You will translate the broader product vision into a focused strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes, improving how infrastructure is created, changed and recovered through reusable, code-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital product management across multiple release cycles.
• Experience coaching product management colleagues and contributing expertise across tech org.
• Demonstrable product experience in infrastructure, cloud, compute or platform engineering.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools and practices (Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, CI/CD).
• Proven delivery with Jira/Azure DevOps for backlog, prioritization and delivery tracking.
• Evidence of defining user stories and acceptance criteria and tracking product metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for Infrastructure as Code and Engineering as Code.
• Translate problems into prioritized capabilities, epics and acceptance criteria across Agile releases.
• Lead discovery with engineers, operations, security to validate direction and outcomes.
• Prioritize reusable, tested capabilities to reduce manual hand-offs and improve consistency.
• Define performance measures and monitor adoption, lead time, reliability and compliance.
• Drive cross-team adoption with clear onboarding, documentation and feedback loops.
