Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives, including infrastructure modernization, outages, environment upgrades, and platform migrations. You will oversee scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, strong communication with leadership, and experience managing projects from initiation to closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through closeout.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and status reporting.
• Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on unfamiliar projects of varying complexity.
• Nice to have: Oracle Exadata or database modernization projects.
• Nice to have: outage planning and implementation coordination.
• Nice to have: knowledge of utility, energy, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Nice to have: PM experience leading technology or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the project management lead for strategic technology initiatives including infrastructure modernization, outages, environment upgrades, and platform migrations.
• Manages project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and deliverables through the project lifecycle.
• Tracks progress, escalates risks, and provides regular reports on project health, budget, and schedule to leadership.
• Facilitates governance activities including approvals, funding requests, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
