Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and validate operational and portfolio data.
• Analyze ServiceNow performance and operating patterns.
• Support IO&A portfolio governance and Asana record quality.
• Maintain action logs, decision logs, and accountability tracking.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Use AI and automation tools to augment analysis and insight generation.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and decision-support materials.
