Job summary

Focus Financial Partners is seeking a Design & Delivery Engineer within Infrastructure Operations & Architecture (IO&A) to design, engineer, implement, and transition enterprise infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with architects, vendors, and service delivery teams to ensure compliant, scalable, and supportable outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in infrastructure engineering or related fields.
Experience designing and transitioning infrastructure to production.
Strong knowledge of network, compute, storage, cloud, IAM, monitoring, and security.

Responsibilities

Design and engineer infrastructure solutions aligned to standards and security.
Produce detailed designs, deployment docs, and validation procedures.
Lead delivery activities across vendors and internal teams.
Develop implementation sequencing, cutover plans, and rollback strategies.
Ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer for support teams.
Maintain engineering documentation and delivery artifacts.
