Saragossa is seeking an Analytics Specialist to join its wealth-management analytics function in the St. Louis area. You will bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating requirements into actionable analytics, with a focus on metric governance and data quality.

The role emphasizes UAT, data validation, and business support activities, with a hybrid work setup preferred. Prior experience with SQL and Power BI is beneficial, though not strictly required.

This is your chance to sit at the center of a wealth management firm's analytics function.

You'll be working across the Advisor Analytics, Business Planning, and Corporate Metrics/MIS portfolio. Your day to day involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You translate what the business needs into something technical teams can act on, and you make sure what comes back actually holds up to scrutiny. Metric governance, data quality, UAT, business support activities, these are your domain.

This is a contract to hire role, the team is based in the St. Louis area with a hybrid setup as the preference. Candidate must be based in the St. Louis area.

To do this well, you have a solid background in data quality management, UAT, and metric validation. You know how to govern a metric and defend it when someone questions it. SQL and Power BI experience would serve you well here, though they're not a hard requirement.
