Focus Financial Partners seeks a Strategic Initiatives Lead in St. Louis to augment the AI strategy program. You will manage high-priority workstreams, build the infrastructure for complex projects, and deliver executive-ready analyses and materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate strategy at a financial services firm.
• Degree in business, finance, economics, or related discipline required.
• MBA or CFA in progress or completed preferred; able to build independent, structured work products under time pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with senior stakeholders and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own individual workstreams within the AI Strategy Program and cross-functional initiatives to drive decisions.
• Build and maintain project infrastructure: trackers, risk logs, governance, and meeting rhythms.
• Triage requests across the team's portfolio and focus on highest-leverage work.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI frameworks to support decisions.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and synthesize findings for executives.
• Prepare board materials, executive presentations, and governance deliverables.
• Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and align stakeholders.
• Support the execution of Focus's enterprise AI strategy and pilot programs.
