Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Infrastructure Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, desktop support, and Microsoft 365 (O365) administration. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to enterprise IT operations, cloud services, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level desktop support to internal users (Windows/macOS) — including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Support the administration of Microsoft 365 (O365) services — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user account management via Microsoft Admin Center.
• Help onboard and offboard users, including device setup and email account provisioning.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Outlook, Teams connectivity, OneDrive syncing, and Office application errors.
• Assist in the management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in network and systems monitoring, patch management, and general IT maintenance tasks.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Work alongside IT engineers to implement security best practices, backup policies, and system automation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Windows/macOS systems and common troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Good communication skills with a user-first mindset.
• Ability to follow instructions, document processes, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 Admin Portal is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zoho ManageEngine, or Jira is advantageous.
