AAON, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to design, implement, configure, and support IT infrastructure, focusing on network and server systems. You will work with senior IT staff and leadership to ensure stability, performance, and security.
Responsibilities include maintaining LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, VMware, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory; you will develop documentation and provide Tier III support while participating in on-call and strategic planning.
Job Summary The Infrastructure Administrator plays a critical role in the design, implementation, configuration, and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure, with a focus on network system and server systems. This role position requires advanced technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and active participation in infrastructure planning and project execution. This role supports the stability, performance, and security of network and server systems while collaborating with senior IT staff and leadership.
Work is performed in both climate-controlled office settings and manufacturing environments, which may include exposure to noise. Must be able to lift and adjust equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Evening and weekend work may be necessary based on operational needs.
