The Facility Maintenance Technician at AAON, Inc. will oversee the upkeep of the facility, including infrastructure, machinery, and equipment, performing preventive maintenance and repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include inspections, electrical and plumbing work, coordinating with vendors, maintaining safety records, and contributing to a safe, efficient environment in a manufacturing setting. High school diploma and relevant trade certification are required.
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of the facility, including its infrastructure, machinery, and equipment. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs to ensure the facility's optimal functioning.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and certification in a skilled maintenance trade (e.g., Electrical, Millwright, Plumber/Pipefitter, HVAC, Welder, Sheet Metal) with a minimum of 1 year experience in industrial maintenance, facility maintenance, or construction.
Preferred qualifications include current material handling certification, Lock Out/Tag Out, Lifting & Rigging, preventive or predictive maintenance, or any journeyman/trades licensing.
