Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 3 years of hands-on test-system experience.
• Experience testing infrared FPAs and ROICs/ASICs/detectors.
• Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Test System Engineering: Design, build, troubleshoot and maintain test stations for production testing.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and software engineering groups to design components for test stations.
• Review requirements, test conditions and results with system engineering.
• Debug, tune and characterize new ROICs, ASICs and detectors.
• Create detailed documentation such as procedures and instructions.
• Production Test Engineering: Tests infrared FPAs to evaluate parts against program specifications.
• Provide test data analyses in reports and presentations to program managers and internal teams.
