You will develop novel test methodologies for infrared sensors and build cryogenic test stations, collaborating across engineering and program management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Expertise in infrared detector performance and FPA test methodologies.
• Experience in test system development and hardware integration.
• Knowledge of ROICs, ASICs, and cryogenic test environments.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and validation of FPA test solutions.
• Develop test methodologies for infrared sensor characterization.
• Design, build, and maintain test stations including cryogenic systems.
• Test IR/visible FPAs, ROICs, ASICs, and detectors.
• Analyze test data and present findings to teams and customers.
• Support customer engagements including requirements definition and field support.
• Develop and maintain test procedures and ERP-based tracking/reporting.
