Responsibilities

• Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume applications.
• Manage multiple work streams and applications across geographies for Credit Initiation and Onboarding.
• Contribute to strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance and automation initiatives.
• Develop communications to guide, influence and convince stakeholders.
• Provide advice related to technology or operations and prioritize complex material.
• Supervise day-to-day staff management, resource allocation and mentoring.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, policies and ethical standards.
