MARICI Solutions GmbH is seeking a Senior Systems/Infrastructure Engineer for its San Francisco onsite at full time. You will own sandbox orchestration and core infrastructure as the product transitions to a managed cloud offering.

You will apply deep expertise in Linux, Rust/Go/C++, Docker internals, and container runtimes to deliver low-latency, secure multi-tenant environments and collaborate closely with the CTO and customers.

Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years of systems engineering experience with ownership of production multi-tenant compute infrastructure.
• Deep mastery of systems languages (Rust, Go or C/C++).
• Hands-on knowledge of Firecracker, gVisor, Docker internals, and Kubernetes architecture.
• Active GitHub with container/infra commits is highly valued; prior stays of 3+ years preferred.

Aufgaben

• Sandbox orchestration: build and scale secure, multi-tenant sandbox environments for enterprise clients.
• Core systems infrastructure: architect and own compute, container, and distributed storage foundations for the move to a managed cloud offering.
• Under-the-hood container internals: leverage kernel, Docker, Kubernetes, Firecracker, and gVisor for low-latency sandbox startup and isolation.
• CTO & product partnership: collaborate with CTO and customers to align infra with user experience and efficiency goals.
• End-to-end operational ownership: lead projects from design to production with observability, runbooks, tuning, and on-call responsibility.
