Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a Program Administrator for Infrastructure Solutions in Pelzer, SC. The role is a 12-month contract (full-time, 40 hours/week) with W2 pay at $38-$41 per hour and health benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

You will support the Program Manager on sales order management, Smartsheet and Procore setup, and data-driven project reporting. Strong ERP/CRM experience and a bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint internet-based principles.
• Proficient ERP and/or CRM experience required.
• Smartsheet and Power BI knowledge is a bonus.
• Demonstrates ability to plan, set priorities, organizes and coordinates work with others.
• Demonstrates good customer relation skills by providing prompt personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager on ad-hoc requests and issues requiring sales order management.
• Support Smartsheet administration/configuration for projects.
• Set up Procore or other designated PM and collaboration systems.
• Data analysis to ensure system information aligns with manufacturing progress.
• Prepare and update project reports including Sourcing up-to-date KPI information.
• Record project/site change orders and ensure actions are allocated and communicated.
• Establish and manage coordinated process for recording manufacturing progress for accurate invoicing.
• Communicate with executives and customer reps to identify variances and escalate as needed.
• Develop a data center standard project life cycle for future projects.
• Provide support to identify key project information/records/procedures.
• Ensure records are uploaded to intranet/PM system and maintained.
• Highlight areas where records are non-compliant or behind schedule.
• Maintain holiday tracker for project team and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate project finance meetings and track cost, budget, revenue.
• Identify and fix sales orders accounting issues.
