Job summary

Executive Alliance in Greenville, South Carolina seeks an ERP Implementation Project Manager with strong Syteline experience and PMP certification to lead client projects end-to-end.

You will define scope, develop plans with Project Insight, Microsoft Project, and Excel, and manage a team of client and vendor resources. Expect 50% customer-facing work, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or PMP Certification.
• 2+ years of Syteline implementation experience, managing projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of client projects.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables per client’s needs.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans using Project Insight and Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Work with client to satisfactorily plan and schedule project timelines to guarantee on-time delivery for client.
• Track project deliverables and communicate with client sponsors to deliver on-time and within scope and budget.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Keep all stakeholders updated on progress of project.
• Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client.
• Document all client engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents and publishing reports as necessary.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs.
• Provide project management expertise throughout entire project.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Function

ERP Implementation Project Manager

This Position Requires Experience Leading a Syteline Implementation.

Must have ERP implementation experience and PMP certification. The role will employ our client's implementation methodology to lead a collaborative team of our client's resources and customer resources, while bringing each project to a successful conclusion. This position involves customer interaction for 50% customer-facing role, some of which will be remote and some of which will require travel.

Job Requirements

Must understand and use project management principles and methodologies, along with our client's work products, to conduct duties using best practices. In this role you will need to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations.

Special projects, training, and other internal or external activities may also be assigned at the discretion of our client

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or PMP Certification
• 2+ years of Syteline implementation experience, managing projects from initiation to completion
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Base Salary Range: 125k-145k
