Job summary

Ferrovial Construction's Webber unit seeks a Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects in the United States. You will drive day-to-day operations, manage budgets, safety, scheduling, and client relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You’ll work with a team of engineers and specialists, apply innovative construction methods, and uphold Ferrovial’s values while advancing your career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Required).
• Transportation / Road asset management experience (desirable).
• Professional Engineering License (Highly desired).
• 5–10 years industry experience (Required).
• Advanced knowledge of asset management in facility maintenance, repairs, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, support, and methodologies to meet project contract obligations (infrastructure quality, safety, procurement, cost control, scheduling).
• Manage day-to-day project operations to meet contract standards cost-effectively and safely.
• Increase revenues via organic growth and client relationships.
• Lead project team to high performance and maintain safety culture.
• Establish and report metrics for measuring contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, QA, risk management, and legal requirements.
