Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in investment banking and private equity, infrastructure preferred.
• Ability to coordinate due diligence and manage portfolio processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on macroeconomic trends and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain financial models for valuation, structuring, scenarios, and portfolio monitoring.
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for investment committees.
• Lead due diligence workstreams with management teams, advisors, lenders and others.
• Evaluate potential investments and assist in execution from screening to closing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support value-creation initiatives.
