Responsibilities

• Provide first-level infrastructure support for enterprise servers, hardware, and storage.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents to minimize service disruption.
• Support Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, SAN, and NAS environments.
• Document workflows, procedures, and incident resolutions for ops excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure operations.
