Job summary

Maxonic Inc. is seeking an IT Infra / Network Technical Project Manager for a Dublin, CA–based role. The candidate will lead service delivery, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams within a 40-mile radius of Dublin, CA. Relocation is not accepted.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, a 4-year degree (or equivalent), and PMP certification, with strong MS Office and project tooling skills. Network, storage, Oracle, and server knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with infrastructure delivery.
• 4 year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; knowledge of Access and SharePoint.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation production support.
• Understand and apply change management processes on projects.
• Working knowledge of Network, Storage, Oracle, Windows/Solaris/Linux Servers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with PM on the business side as a service delivery Lead.
• Negotiate project schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical project plans.
• Manage multiple complex projects independently and concurrently.
• Maintain project status reports, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Facilitate status meetings and requirements/design discussions.
• Develop implementation solutions aligned with direction and standards.
• Manage risks and participate in risk management processes.
• Build strong relationships with client project teams.
