Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT network infrastructure deployment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement.
• ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent.
• Cloud technology knowledge; CCNA, JNCIA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement best practices, work instructions, processes, and tools to ensure high-quality, timely deliveries.
• Assess project performance, conduct audits, and manage deployment projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide project forecasts and planning.
• Manage large teams and vendor performance for infrastructure delivery management services.
