Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and operate scalable services on AWS that handle high-volume device telemetry and network topology evaluation.
- Own features end-to-end across back-end services and data pipelines, from conception through deployment and operation.
- Partner with product and operations stakeholders to grasp monitoring challenges and translate them into reliable, user-focused solutions.
- Apply AI/ML and generative AI techniques to improve detection quality, reduce alarm noise, and accelerate development workflows.
- Raise the bar on code quality, operational excellence, and customer experience through thoughtful design, thorough testing, and continuous improvement.
