Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Systems Development Engineer to build automation software, diagnostics, and fleet health infrastructure for our accelerated compute platforms.

You will own end-to-end systems spanning hardware, firmware, kernel, and software to prevent failures and enable self-healing at cloud scale. You will work across PCIe topology, GPU diagnostics, Linux drivers, and telemetry pipelines to deliver predictive analytics and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and architecting scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build automation infrastructure for accelerator fleet health at scale.
• Design test frameworks and diagnostic tooling to validate hardware functionality.
• Develop and maintain Linux device drivers on ARM and x86.
• Build data pipelines correlating test results and sensor telemetry.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure hardware meets data/control requirements.
