Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Staff Engineer – Infra Innovation Ops to act as a technical leader across cost engineering, infra optimization, and digital transformation. You will partner with Infra Engineering, Operations, Facilities, Procurement, and IT to design and implement scalable, data‑driven solutions that improve cost visibility and operational performance.

Qualifikationen

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Semiconductor manufacturing/infrastructure experience.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, data analytics.

Aufgaben

Provide technical leadership for Infra systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Develop technology roadmaps aligned with operational and business objectives.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to replace manual processes with scalable digital solutions.
Translate operational requirements into technical solutions as SME.
Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML, IoT, predictive analytics, digital twins.
