Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks a Staff Engineer – Infra Innovation Ops to lead Infra systems, optimize costs, and drive digital transformation across facilities and operations. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop data‑driven solutions and improve visibility into Total Cost of Ownership.

Ideal candidates bring a Master’s degree in a related field, strong experience with ERP/CMMS/MES, and proficiency in analytics tools, AI/ML, and Lean Six Sigma for large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering/CS field required.
• Experience in semiconductor infra/facilities is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (CMMS/ERP/MES) and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Infra systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital transformation to replace manual processes with scalable digital solutions.
• Translate operational requirements into technical solutions as SME.
