Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE for high-scale systems.
• 2+ years leading software engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on experience with two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong knowledge of networking, IAM, SSO/OIDC, and cloud-native security.
• Ownership mentality — you fix problems, not just flag them.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Own ScaleOps' infrastructure end-to-end across self-hosted product, SaaS platform, and AI infrastructure.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure including networking, security, SSO, and compute.
• Collaborate with customers on deployments and troubleshooting.
• Partner with backend, product, and R&D teams to enable rapid feature delivery with reliability.
• Identify and eliminate operational toil through automation and tooling improvements.
• Maintain security and compliance best practices across the stack.
