Job summary

Anthropic in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Legal Program Manager to lead contracting for the Compute and Infrastructure team. You will manage high-volume procurement and vendor agreements, build scalable contracting processes, and own the CLM system from intake to signature.

You’ll collaborate with various business units and legal colleagues to streamline contracts, manage post-signature obligations and renewals, and drive continuous improvement in contracting efficiency while leveraging

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of procurement and vendor agreements—NDAs, SOWs, amendments.
• Own contract lifecycle management system design, templates, and approvals.
• Design intake/triage processes and route requests to owners.
• Develop scalable contracting processes to speed infrastructure buildout.
• Provide governance, reporting, and dashboards on contract activity and bottlenecks.
• Partner with Compute & Infrastructure, Product, Finance, Security, and Procurement Ops to align on business goals.
• Deploy AI tooling to scale contracting throughput.
