Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud platform, is hiring a Paralegal to run its contract lifecycle in collaboration with Procurement and Commercial Legal teams. You will manage intake, drafts, reviews, and e-signature workflows for technology and operational suppliers, contributing to a scalable procurement legal function.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of paralegal or contract management experience, supporting procurement or technology contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of procurement contract requests and route for review.
• Prepare first drafts of standard agreements from templates including NDAs and SOWs.
• Conduct first-pass review and flag deviations for counsel.
• Coordinate execution and filing of fully executed documents.
• Maintain contract repositories, track key dates and obligations.
• Support onboarding diligence and prepare contract summaries and reports.
