Responsibilities

• Attract, screen, and submit talent for current and prospective demand.
• Meet required metrics for outreach, screens, interviews and hires.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Teams to identify and attract talent demand.
• Maintain candidate status and notes in ATS (Lever) and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Monitor candidate pipeline to meet open vacancy requirements.
• Engage passive talent using market-driven strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance in reporting.
