Lucid Motors is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Infotainment to join our Digital team in Newark, CA. The candidate will lead infotainment features from concept to delivery and collaborate with executives and engineering leaders to define the digital roadmap and release plans.

The role requires strong program management experience in the automotive sector, with a focus on system integration, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• 5+ years of Automotive industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee infotec features for our vehicle software from concept to delivery, with a hands-on approach.
• Define and maintain digital development roadmap and rollout plan.
• Create and own development and validation plans aligned with internal customer needs and major milestones.
• Lead lifecycle conversations for Infotainment and multimedia features with internal and external teams.
• Identify cross-team dependencies, monitor status, and resolve issues.
