Job summary

Eagle Technology Competence, LLC. in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Pre-Production Infotainment Program Manager to lead cross-functional resolution of critical infotainment issues impacting launch readiness, production stability, and customer experience.

You will head the Infotainment Program War Room, drive rapid issue identification and containment, coordinate with software, hardware, validation, and manufacturing teams, and report progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in embedded systems with Android infotainment experience, including architecture/management exposure.
• Experience leading cross-functional infotainment programs and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infotainment Program War Room to resolve launch, production, and customer-impacting issues.
• Coordinate resolution across software, hardware, validation, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Perform structured root-cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, and FMEA.
• Collaborate with DREs, DSEs, software teams, and vehicle program teams to close issues.
• Establish prioritization/escalation processes for high-severity blockers.
• Track status, risk, and closure plans for executive leadership.
