Job summary

TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Requirements Engineer for Infotainment Systems to drive feature decomposition and develop clear system specifications for software teams across global engineering groups.

You will translate customer concepts into testable requirements for ECUs and connectivity applications, lead technical reviews, and ensure traceability through DOORS/Jama/Polarion. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Systems Engineering.
• Experience in automotive systems engineering or software requirements definition for Infotainment.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, Polarion) and familiarity with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262) or Agile workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level customer and vehicle requirements into unambiguous, testable specifications for software teams.
• Define functional allocations across ECUs, middleware, connectivity apps, and interfaces.
• Maintain system specifications in requirements tools with bidirectional traceability.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops with international teams, including Honda Japan and tier‑1 suppliers.
• Define acceptance criteria and test methods in collaboration with validation teams.
• Adhere to automotive software quality frameworks and V‑Model/Agile processes.
