- Systems Architecture & Allocation: Define functional allocations across ECUs, middleware, mobile connectivity applications, and hardware-software communication interfaces.
- Requirements Management & Traceability: Author and maintain system specifications in requirements tools (DOORS, Jama, or Polarion), ensuring complete bidirectional traceability.
- Global Stakeholder Leadership: Drive technical review workshops and align feature scope, assumptions, and execution strategies with international teams, including Honda Japan development counterparts and tier-1 suppliers.
- Verification & Validation Support: Define acceptance criteria and test methods in close collaboration with validation teams, supporting defect root-cause analysis through requirement tracing.
- Process Compliance & Quality: Adhere to automotive software quality frameworks, including ASPICE, ISO 26262 functional safety, and Systems Engineering V-Model/Agile practices.
- Future Feature Roadmap: Evaluate emerging infotainment, connected service, and C.A.S.E. technologies to influence future vehicle feature strategy.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
