Ford Motor Company is seeking an IVI Hardware Quality Supervisor – Electronics Platforms Warranty & Customer Quality to lead warranty and customer quality initiatives across infotainment hardware, displays, clusters and audio platforms.

You will transform warranty and customer data into prioritized actions, drive cross-functional problem solving, and coordinate with Engineering, Service, Purchasing and Finance to improve quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline.
• Experience solving complex product or field-quality problems.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience with warranty data, field-performance analysis or customer quality concerns.

Responsabilités

• Lead identification, containment, root-cause resolution and prevention of warranty and customer quality issues affecting electronic platforms.
• Lead Electronics Platforms warranty performance for MIS (0, 1 and 3 Months in Service) with emphasis on early identification of issues.
• Monitor warranty trends, failure modes, repair information, customer symptoms and field data; set priorities by impact, occurrence, severity, trend and financial exposure.
• Lead cross-functional reviews of significant warranty issues; ensure ownership, timing, containment, root cause and permanent corrective actions.
• Lead Field Service Actions technical investigations, containment, corrective actions and readiness; monitor actions after implementation for effectiveness.
• Reduce warranty spending by identifying major cost drivers and tracking savings.
