Job summary

Ford is seeking a seasoned EDS & Power Supply HW Quality Supervisor – Electronics Platforms Warranty & Customer Quality to drive rapid problem resolution and prevent recurrence. You will lead cross-functional reviews, focus on MIS warranty performance, and steer cost reduction while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, experience with automotive electronics, and strong analytical and executive communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline.
• Strong experience solving complex product or field-quality problems.
• Experience with warranty data, field-performance analysis or customer quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, containment, root-cause resolution and prevention of warranty and customer quality issues affecting electronic platforms.
• Lead Electronics Platforms warranty performance for MIS 0, 1 and 3 Months with emphasis on early issue identification.
• Monitor warranty trends, failure modes and field data to set priorities by customer impact, occurrence, severity, trend and cost.
