Job summary

Berklee College of Music in Boston seeks a Senior Director of Information Security to lead Berklee's security program, balancing governance, policy, budget, and hands-on technical leadership across global networks and systems.

You will supervise the Information Security Analyst, guide incident response, risk management, and enterprise security design, and communicate security posture clearly to executives, faculty, staff, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity/IT with leadership experience
• Experience managing enterprise security solutions and cloud security
• Strong communication with executive leadership and vendors

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize security processes and controls across networks, systems, and cloud environments
• Oversee incident response and lead security incident communications
