Job summary

You will manage programs within the Enterprise Threat and Intelligence Management group under the CISO, promoting a risk‑aware culture and leading cross‑functional initiatives.

The role requires translating complex security concepts for diverse audiences and delivering actionable recommendations under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of information security strategy experience.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications to internal partners and management.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image.
• Ability to perform independent analysis of complex problems and distill findings.
• Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote a risk‑aware culture and ensure efficient risk and compliance management by adhering to standards and processes.
• Drive work streams and timelines to deliver a more accountable framework for Information Security Strategy processes.
• Drive innovative solutions across multiple teams within ETIM.
• Serve as a liaison for DFS enterprise for gathering and analyzing information related to projects, including internal controls design and reporting.
• Manage design, development, and reporting of internal controls and risk metrics.
• Coordinate testing activities with developers, testers and business partners.
• Make strong, decisive calls with a clear action focus.
