Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an Information Security Officer (ISO) to lead security governance and risk management for assigned accounts, aligning security practices with client objectives and regulatory standards. You will advise across teams, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, NIST 800-53, and related frameworks.

You will collaborate with internal leaders, delivery teams, clients, and suppliers to promote secure operations and remediation efforts while supporting audit

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in risk management, audit, security, or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of security governance, audit processes, compliance programs, and regulated health care environments.
• Experience with NIST 800-53, ARC-AMPE, HIPAA, FedRAMP or similar frameworks preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication, judgment, integrity, and ability to influence delivery teams and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security governance activities and support delivery excellence across accounts and products.
• Maintain account system security plans; coordinate security metrics, reporting, audit prep, and remediation.
• Manage and report security incidents, risks, exceptions, threats, and vulnerabilities in line with SLAs.
• Partner with Gainwell teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders to promote consistent security standards and resolve compliance concerns.
