The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in Alexandria, VA is seeking a qualified IT professional to support the Office of the Chief Financial Officer's Financial Management Systems. You will work within a government framework to develop and secure IT solutions in an Agile setting.

You will meet OPM qualifications, lead or support agile IT initiatives, ensure security controls under NIST RMF, and develop service-oriented applications and APIs using Angular, Spring Boot, Java,

Competenze

• Specialized Experience includes development of IT systems with Agile and DevSecOps.
• Experience maintaining IT systems with security policies, defense-in-depth, and A&A using NIST RMF.
• Experience building service-oriented web apps and APIs with Angular, Spring Boot, Java, TypeScript, Node.js, REST/SOAP, AWS/PaaS.
• Experience in object-oriented development with DBs (DB2, SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and CI/CD pipelines for modern delivery.
