Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience is experience that equips applicants with knowledge, skills and abilities for the duties.
• One full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade in the Federal service: GS-13.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tools, methodologies, and processes for feasibility to improve automated financial and budgeting systems.
• Lead teams on design, development, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new/existing systems.
• Enforce IT security policies and manage Certification & Accreditation and Annual Security Assessment deliverables.
• Define project requirements through planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation.
