LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking an Information Security Administrator to lead day-to-day security operations in a fast-paced engineering environment. You will administer security tools, drive remediation, and coordinate awareness programs to improve the organization’s security posture and risk rating.

The role involves hands-on management of Zero Trust, email security, and security monitoring, with collaboration across IT, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in information security, IT security, or related hands-on role.
• Hands-on experience with asset management, endpoint security, email security, or Zero Trust platforms.
• Understanding of common threat vectors: phishing, malware, ransomware, social engineering.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tools and remediation items in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain security concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Zero Trust platform and policies.
• Triage security alerts and coordinate incident response.
• Manage email security configurations and spam controls.
• Lead security awareness training and phishing simulations.
• Track security score/rating trends and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain security tool configurations and runbooks.
• Prepare regular security posture reports for leadership.
• Support audits and compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2, CIS).
