Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking an Information Security Administrator to lead day-to-day security operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will administer security tools, drive remediation, and work to measurably improve the organization's security posture, including security scores and risk ratings.

You will coordinate awareness efforts, manage Zero Trust and endpoint security, and collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations to balance security with production

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in information security or related hands-on role.
• Hands-on experience with asset management, endpoint security, email security, or Zero Trust platforms.
• Understanding of phishing, malware, ransomware, and social engineering.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple security tools and remediation items.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical staff and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security logs and triage alerts; document findings.
• Coordinate incident response activities and remediation follow-up.
• Support audits and compliance efforts (SOC 2, cyber insurance requirements).
• Maintain up-to-date security configurations, policies, and runbooks.
• Track security score trends and coordinate improvements across tools and teams.
