Job summary

Kforce has a client in Tracy, CA seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide Level 1 IT support for both corporate office employees and distribution center users. The role focuses on daily IT operations, troubleshooting, hardware/software requests, and timely ticket resolution, with growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Tracy, CA that is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist. Summary: This role provides Level 1 IT support for both corporate office employees and distribution center users. The ideal candidate will support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, assist with hardware/software requests, and elevate issues when appropriate. The position offers significant learning and growth opportunities for someone early in their IT career who is eager to develop technical and professional skills.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, laptop, and user access issues
• Support corporate office employees and distribution center personnel
• Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining strong communication with end users

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
