Qualifications

• It support experience providing technical help to end users.

• Strong Windows 10/11 support and patch deployment skills.
• Experience with video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom, GoTo).
• Hands-on hardware, software and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for desktops, laptops and printers.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and incident resolution.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and status in ServiceNow.
• Support AV/ videoconferencing setups and room systems as needed.
• Assist with IT projects and asset management.
